comicbookman1: Yo Tom I am lost. What was Fabian's story in X-men Gold about? I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that all stories where in continuity and even though I Love Fabian's work I am Lost , I read that short short story 3 times and still left me scratching my head. Kind of felt like an alternate timeline or an alternate to "Fatal Attraction"

I thin it was supposed to be a look at how Charles under-minded Erik’s brain and what it looked like to Magneto when Professor X shut down his mind at the end of Fatal Attractions.  Also perhaps how they both sort of wound round to getting mixed up in Onslaught.  I kind of thought it was pretty brilliant and one of my favorite stories in the anthology, so… your mileage may vary.
